Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the items in your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Times:

Arrives in 3–5 business days

Delhivery/Smartr Express Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within India excluding rural regions/pincodes. For these regions we will ship the package by Speed Post.

For orders exceeding weight of 5kg, the shipping would be done by ground services hence it may take 3-4 days more than the standard delivery time for the delivery of the package.

COD service is available for selected pincodes and would be visible in the product page when you enter the pincode to check COD eligibility.

For delivery address outside India, a flat rate is charged to the total price of products. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-10 business days. All the tax/custom duties are to be paid by the customer.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update.

4. Lost or Damaged Items:
